These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of riffusion.lol (the "Service"), operated by Riffusion AI. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Riffusion AI turns text prompts into music. You describe what you want to hear and the Service generates audio you can preview, download and — on paid plans — use commercially.

2. Accounts

  • You sign in with Google; you are responsible for your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account secure.

3. Subscriptions and billing

  • Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe; prices are shown before you confirm a purchase.
  • Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once credits or benefits have been used.

4. Your content and commercial rights

You keep ownership of the prompts and lyrics you write. While your paid subscription is active, you may publish, distribute and monetize the songs you generate. The free plan is for personal, non-commercial exploration only.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Create content that infringes third-party rights.
  • Impersonate real artists or misrepresent AI output as theirs.
  • Generate unlawful, hateful or harmful content.
  • Probe, disrupt or overload the Service or its infrastructure.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its branding and its software remain the property of Riffusion AI and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or technology beyond normal use of the Service.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated music may resemble existing works; you are responsible for reviewing output before publishing it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Riffusion AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
